FULL TIME EMPLOYEES ONLY (Excluding Standard Pay & PT). Please refer to your employment offer for details. You are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You will have 60 days from your start date, to enroll in your benefits. It's best to enroll before your eligibility date so you will have your coverage cards when your benefits take effect. You will need to visit our online enrollment site to elect coverage for any of the following: medical/prescription, dental, vision, supplemental life insurance, supplemental AD&D insurance, and flex spending. I have included directions on how to use the online enrollment site below, but they are also included in the benefit guide.

You are eligible for 401(k) savings plan on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You are able to defer up to 100% of your pretax dollars, subject to IRS limits. Our 401(k) is administered through Charles Schwab. Default User ID is your Social Security Number.
