Behavior Intervention
Invo Healthcare is committed to providing quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services. Few organizations can match our expertise in school settings, and even fewer can match our commitment to compliance, integrity, clinical quality and outcomes.
We provide your district with highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), building a collaborative ABA team dedicated to a singular, powerful goal: breaking down learning barriers and maximizing student achievement.
Building Capacity with a Behavior Team
Hawai’i Department of Education
Hawaii’s Department of Education used Invo to process more than 150 RBTs across 4 islands, creating a candidate pool that didn’t previously exist.
HIDOE lacked a sufficient amount of credentialed BCBAs & RBTs. Invo created a candidate pipeline by implementing a training schedule to help credential new RBTs.
Creating a candidate pool from scratch helped supply HIDOE with talented professionals in challenging settings.
We grew our team to over 150 RBTs, 20+ BCBAs/BCaBAs, and the needed Educational Assistants to meet district needs, additionally:
- We built processes for RBTs to travel to Oahu for Competency Assessments, QBS training, and RBT exams.
- Invo processed more RBTs than any other agency in Hawaii
Mental Health
Our team of qualified, licensed therapists and clinicians is dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of students by working collaboratively with school administrators, staff, students, and their families.
Mental health professionals come in various forms, including psychologists, therapists, and counselors. While their services often overlap, they differ in terms of education, licensure, and scope of practice.
Addressing ACES and Intervention
Pittsburgh Public Schools
Pittsburgh Public Schools saw dramatic improvement in student mental health as Invo staffed roles that provided thousands of clinical sessions and consultations.
Invo staffed clinicians who delivered Tier 2 & Tier 3 interventions to over 400 students with an average ACE score of 3.23.
Invo provides integrated academic, mental health and behavior assessments, intervention, and monitoring while also staffing the roles needed to implement each solution.
Over just 18-weeks, Pittsburgh Public Schools saw positive outcomes for hundreds of students by providing:
- 2,500+ Clinical mental health sessions

Creating a Network of Professionals
Bay Area, Northern California
Our 20 year partnership with California’s schools has resulted in a robust network of paraprofessionals, traveling between nearby campus to reinforce coverage.
Northern California faces a market with heavy competition, adding continual difficulty when finding qualified paraprofessionals.
To solve these challenges, Invo built a paraprofessional float-pool; a talented and mature group of paras that support neighboring school districts, allowing each district to partner together and distribute resources across a broader network.
Dedicated Invo mentors and managers provide on-boarding, clinical, and scheduling support so our districts can focus on what matters most, their students.
This program requires stricter screening process, ultimately providing a higher-tier candidate. In turn, this has driven a 70% retention rate amongst paraprofessionals that join Invo in Northern California.
