Our small team of six started in December 2024 working in a newly developed Evaluation Center for the School District of Philadelphia. Daniel has been a consummate professional in all areas of this program from leadership at the start to dedication throughout. We are so lucky to have him working with us on our Evaluation Team.
Daniel helped tag-team for a complex OT/PT eval. He was gracious to coordinate and work with me, and on the ball to assess the student's needs. He immediately had a timer and notes out to quantify the student's mobility as we were walking with the student to the testing location.

Congratulations Dawn Addington!
Dawn embodies the qualities of authenticity and true leadership. She is our district's lead occupational therapist. In addition to maintaining a full caseload of students she serves, she also manages 11 district OTs. This means she answers all the texts, answers all the calls, keeps us organized, is the go-between for OTs and the school district, updates all the forms, etc, etc. Honestly, I don't think I know half of what she truly does on a daily basis to keep this machine running and well oiled. But that's not even the really great part - she loves each of us, she is a constant source of encouragement, she respects us as professionals, never micromanages, and is always the first to offer help. I've never worked under a manager like this. She is like no other! She deserves all the awards, all the praise, all the spotlight. Our team wouldn't be what it is without our fearless leader, Dawn Addington! We value, respect, love, and treasure you!

I would like to recognize Emilia Wilbur for everything she does for Invo Healthcare and express how grateful we are for her drive, hard work and talent. Our organization is lucky to have her and I appreciate the hard work and dedication she puts into everything she does. Emilia played a key role in the Tampa office build project keeping the project organized and on time. Just days after the office completion she hosted a very successful sales team conference which was very beneficial to our new sales team and received rave reviews. There isn't a project or task that Emilia doesn't put her heart and soul into and it shows every day.
