Investing in You
At Invo, you will have the opportunity to earn while you learn. Not only do we provide full RBT training, but we pay our RBTs as the are learning. This way, you are earning from the start of our career journey with us! And our training was designed by both BCBAs and RBTs to provide you with all the tools and resources you need.
Strengthening Your Foundation
Invo's Training Team and Training Ambassadors will lead you in 50-60 hours of paid training that will support a strong foundation in behavior analysis. The training is conducted online and in an applied setting, to ensure your are able to apply what you learn and build confidence in service provision.
Everything You Need
As a candidate to become an Invo RBT, we are making a meaningful investment in you. Beyond the paid training we provide, we will also provide reimbursement for your certification, CPR and CPI training. Additionally, you will be paid for your time to complete your competency with one of our BCBAs. These are just a few of the ways we invest in you!
