Guiding Growth
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Invo, you will play an essential role in supporting students with behavioral, social, and learning challenges through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and school teams to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs. Your work will involve collecting data on student behaviors, reinforcing positive actions, teaching replacement skills, and helping students navigate emotions and transitions throughout the school day. At Invo, you will be part of a compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to creating structured, supportive, and engaging learning environments where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Invo has been providing therapeutic and educational services that improve outcomes for children and families for more than thirty years. Our clinical teams are led by experienced BCBAs and BCBA-Ds who are committed to mentorship, professional growth, and excellence in service delivery. As an RBT at Invo, you will have the opportunity to learn from highly skilled clinicians, contribute to meaningful progress in students’ lives, and see the difference your work makes each day. This role offers a rewarding balance of structure and flexibility, hands-on collaboration with educators and families, and the fulfillment that comes from helping children gain independence, confidence, and lifelong skills for success.
