Contests and Give-Aways

 

  1. Eligibility
    Per Social Media Contest:
    Most contests are open to anyone is or has worked with an Invo employee. Entrants will be monitored, and may be excluded at the discretion of Invo Healthcare.
  2. How to Enter
    Contest entrants may be entered through various means, often denoted in the campaign or promotion. Entry is necessary to win.
    1. Employee Appreciation 2025
      Entrants must submit a testimonial, nominating a co-worker and active Invo employee.
  3. Winner Selection
    Winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of Invo Healthcare from all eligible entries. The decision of Invo Healthcare is final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
  4. Prize Details
    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Invo Healthcare reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
  5. Winner Notification
    Winners will be notified via email & text within 14 days after the contest ends. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
  6. Prize Distribution
    Invo Healthcare has the right to control the distribution of prizes. The winner may be required to provide additional information to facilitate prize delivery.
  7. Publicity
    By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Invo Healthcare to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation. Anonymity is always offered at request, and will exclusively be used when representing minors.
  8. Rights & Ownership
    Invo Healthcare reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules. All submitted entries become the exclusive property of Invo Healthcare.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Invo Healthcare is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or interruptions in the contest. By participating, entrants release Invo Healthcare from any liability arising from participation in the contest.
  10. Amendments
    Invo Healthcare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
  11. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Invo’s Referral Program Policy Terms

Referral bonuses are paid out on the last pay date of the month, following 90 days of employment. Referred employees must be in good standing. If you are not an employee of Invo a W9 and direct deposit information must be provided upon referral to ensure timely payment of a referral bonus.

If two or more people refer the same candidate, and the referred candidate agrees that both parties referred them to Invo Healthcare, the referral bonus will be divided evenly between the two people. Self referral is not permitted. Referrals have to be made prior to engagement with a recruiter.

There are times when certain promotional referral bonuses will apply. They are determined on a case-by-case basis and can start and stop at the discretion of Invo Healthcare. Invo Healthcare reserves the right to change the parameters of the referral program at its discretion.

Who can participate in Invo’s employee referral program?

Invo’s Referral Program policy applies to everyone who refers a candidate to our company, including employees*. Invo will provide a referral bonus to internal and external referrers for referring qualified candidates who accept employment with Invo. Invo’s referral bonus amounts are listed per job title below

*Employees not eligible to participate in our employee referral program are Senior Management and those individuals involved in the decision-making process for the referred candidate.
