Anthony currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Invo Family of Companies. As CEO, Anthony is responsible for leading all business strategy and operations. He is a management veteran of the education services industry.
Prior to joining the organization, Anthony was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Catapult Learning, the leading technology-enabled, K-12 services provider dedicated to improving academic achievement for at-risk students and struggling students. Before Catapult, Anthony spent more than eight years with Kaplan, Inc., where he served in numerous senior management roles, including General Manager of its K-12/Pre-College business unit. Prior to Kaplan, Inc., Anthony worked for Columbia University’s Teachers College, where he helped pioneer web-based professional development and support for teachers. Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and currently serves on the boards of Harlem Prep Elementary and Middle charter schools in New York City.
Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and their children, Emilia and Anthony Jr. Whenever possible the family heads outdoors to enjoy the parks and natural beauty of the Delaware River Valley in Bucks County, PA.
Lisa K. Miller
Chief Operating Officer
Lisa Keise Miller translates vision into impact through sound strategy and operational excellence.She is a passionate leader who sets a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement, while at the same time has a reputation for developing and coaching individuals to build winning teams.
Lisa has recently taken on the COO role at Invo Healthcare, the nation’s leading provider of community and school-based autism and childhood behavioral health services.At Invo, she is responsible for executing on the organization’s vision to transform the autism industry and deliver great outcomes for the families Invo serves.
Prior to joining Invo, Lisa served as Vice-President of Operations for Davita Kidney Care where she directed clinical, operational, and business development outcomes on behalf of end-stage renal disease patients in multiple geographies, most recently responsible for over 1200 teammates and $275 million in revenue. Before DaVita, Lisa spent 12 years working in the education industry, first as a high school educator and then in various senior leadership roles for both non-profit and for-profit education reform organizations.In these roles she has launched organizations into new markets, hired and developed teams to execute on organizational priorities, designed and implemented accountability systems, and led operations of diverse teams domestically and internationally.
Lisa holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, MS in Neuroscience from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and BA in Biology from Rutgers University.Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys photography, traveling and all things family with her husband, Eyrique, and children, Jordan and Blake.
Matt currently serves as the President over all school and agency
related behavior, mental health and special education therapy services. As
President, Matt manages all aspects of the daily business operations as well as
driving the overall growth and development strategies for this business. Matt brings
more than 18 years of experience leading development and operations teams and helping
companies accelerate growth.
Prior to moving into the President role, Matt served as the Senior
Vice President of Growth and Development at Invo where he led company growth
initiatives. Matt has spent much of his career working with large urban school
districts across the country to support the development and implementation of
behavior and special education initiatives. In addition to his work at Invo,
Matt has managed and delivered similar initiatives while serving as the Vice
President of Business Development for Learn It Systems, Vice President of Sales
and Marketing for both Progressus Therapy and Catapult Learning and in the various
sales and operations leadership roles prior to that.
Matt holds a
Bachelors degree from George Mason University in Business Administration and
Management. Outside of the office Matt enjoys the outdoors and spending time
with his wife and three children in Tampa, FL.
Andrew B. Post
Chief Innovation Officer
Andrew serves as the Chief
Innovation Officer, overseeing the Invo Multidisciplinary Program to Address
Childhood Trauma (IMPACT), complex school district and agency initiatives, and
research and accountability efforts of Invo Healthcare. In this capacity,
Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day operations including designing,
implementing, and evaluating programs, collaborating with school districts,
departments of juvenile justice, community based agencies, and hospitals,
monitoring outcomes, driving success metrics, and managing resources of the
mental and behavioral health teams.
Prior to joining Invo, Andrew served as a classroom teacher and school site
administrator in Miami-Dade County Public Schools, an Assistant Superintendent
in Duval County Public Schools, and the President of Catapult Academy. In
Duval, Andrew was responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the
innovative programs and schools including an Overage Academy, School and an
Early College Career Academy and a contributor to the creation of dedicated
public schools for students with both Autism and Dyslexia . Andrew was
successful in leading processes that resulted in dramatically increasing the
district’s overall and African-American graduation rates, college readiness reading
and math rates, and high school accelerated coursework participation and
performance rates; all historic highs for the district.
Aside from his work within the school district, Andrew founded a 501(c)(3)
non-profit which infuses literacy and sports to increase students’ chances at
becoming high school graduates through programming in the United States and
Jamaica. Andrew holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from
Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and
Secondary Education from the University of Miami.
Chief Clinical Officer
Erica Pozzie is Chief Clinical Officer. Erica holds a BA in
Psychology from Bradley University and a MS in Behavior Analysis and Therapy
from Southern Illinois University. In addition she is certified in Picture
Exchange Communication System (Pyramid) and as a Quality Behavioral Solutions
(QBS) Safety Care Trainer.
Erica joined AHSS as a BCBA for the Northwest region in 2013. She
was promoted to LBCBA for the newly established Far Northwest Region; and then
to Network Director for all the north regions. She is responsible for launching
AHSS’ Center Based Therapy as well as establishing high clinical standards
throughout the organization.
Prior to AHSS, Erica worked as a behavior analyst with Trinity
Services in the Northwest Chicago suburbs, where, in one case, she taught
functional communication skills to an individual with autism that reduced
target behaviors from 200 per month to 10. Erica has deep clinical skills and
has been leading teams of clinicians for more than 8 years. She has
distinguished herself with her team building skills and built a reputation for

investment professional with The Wicks Group, a private equity firm in New
York, where he focused on control equity investments in companies across a
number of sectors and worked closely with the executive teams of his portfolio
companies on strategy and operational initiatives.
Previously, Andrew was in investment banking at
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients on mergers,
acquisitions, and financings. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and
History from the University of Pennsylvania.
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy
Lisa currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy of the Invo Family of Companies. Lisa has successfully led the company’s overall brand strategy, leveraging her marketing and communications expertise to secure the company’s place as a leading special education and EI services company. Beyond marketing, she provides leadership across the company’s national recruiting team and its early intervention business, which serves infants, toddlers and families.
Prior to the organizaton, Lisa was the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, a national non-profit organization with the mission of funding much needed research for new pediatric cancer treatments. During her time with the Foundation, Lisa led the creation of Fashion Funds the Cure, which remains one of the organization’s most successful fundraisers after more than a decade. She was also an integral member of the team that founded The Sunshine Project, one of the country’s first national research alliances dedicated to pediatric cancer. Lisa started her career in advertising and public relations with The Chisholm-Mingo Group, an urban advertising agency in New York City. Working with national brands including Royal Caribbean, Denny’s/Advantica, Texaco, as well as government accounts including Amtrak, Census 2000, US Army and others, Lisa helped companies create meaningful relationships within urban markets through effective public relations and promotional campaigns.
Lisa is a graduate of Emerson College, where she received her BFA in Writing, Literature and Publishing. A native New Yorker, Lisa currently resides in Tampa with her son Cole.
Emily J. Giorgi
Vice President, Recruitment
Giorgi serves as Vice President of Recruitment. With over 20 years of
experience in talent acquisition, Emily is a results driven and accomplished
talent acquisition leader with a proven success in recruitment strategy and
operations management. She currently oversees the school based therapy services
recruitment team who specialize in identifying and placing exceptional
clinicians across 500+ school districts in 28 states.
Prior to joining the
organization, Emily was the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for one of
the nation’s leader providers of healthcare services.
Vice President of Patient Operations
Rich Maston is our Vice
President of Patient Operations. He began with Autism Home Support Services
(AHSS) as a Family Support Coordinator and became a favorite with clients and
employees alike. He has subsequently and deservedly been advanced to the title
of Family Support Director. He brings to the team significant experience as a
director of clinical services for Lauren’s Institute for Education, where he
supervised an interdisciplinary team of more than 40 speech, music, physical,
occupational, and habilitation therapists. Previously he has also acted as
principal/director, providing individual and group music therapy services, as
well as developing marketing strategies for both commercial ventures and
nonprofit human services agencies.
Rich received his Bachelor of Arts
in business economics with a minor in music from the College of Wooster in
Ohio. He has also completed the music therapy equivalency program at Arizona
State University and the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst program at
Penn State University World Campus. Rich is an excellent resource for any
parent with a child on the spectrum and is able to offer great insights into
