Anthony currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Invo Family of Companies. As CEO, Anthony is responsible for leading all business strategy and operations. He is a management veteran of the education services industry.
Prior to joining the organization, Anthony was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Catapult Learning, the leading technology-enabled, K-12 services provider dedicated to improving academic achievement for at-risk students and struggling students. Before Catapult, Anthony spent more than eight years with Kaplan, Inc., where he served in numerous senior management roles, including General Manager of its K-12/Pre-College business unit. Prior to Kaplan, Inc., Anthony worked for Columbia University’s Teachers College, where he helped pioneer web-based professional development and support for teachers. Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and currently serves on the boards of Harlem Prep Elementary and Middle charter schools in New York City.
Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and their children, Emilia and Anthony Jr. Whenever possible the family heads outdoors to enjoy the parks and natural beauty of the Delaware River Valley in Bucks County, PA.
Jason T. Ralph, MHA
Chief Operating Officer
Jason serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Invo Family of Companies. Jason is a tenured finance and operating executive with extensive hands-on experience in business development and operations management. For over 11 years, Jason has successfully enhanced the company’s ability to recruit and retain quality service providers through the development of technological advances that have differentiated the company in its ability to serve our service providers and educational programs nationwide.
Prior to joining the organization, Jason served as Vice President at Kaufman, Hall and Associates, where he advised hospitals and healthcare organizations nationwide in the areas of long-term strategic, financial and capital planning. Jason also worked for a leading healthcare system in Pittsburgh as the Director of Business Development where he assisted in the creation and development of the organization’s primary care physician network. Jason obtained both a BS in Healthcare Administration and Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from The Pennsylvania State University.
When not actively striving to move the company forward, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters as well as playing golf and supporting his favorite Pittsburgh sports teams
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Bermon, CPA brings more than 20 years of senior financial management experience to the Invo Family of Companies and currently serves as the organizations chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Bob oversees the shared services support team which includes accounting, finance and human resources.
Prior to Bob joining the team in 2016, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Solomon Edwards. Through streamlined business operations, financial controls and processes that drove growth, efficiency and bottom-line profit, Bob was instrumental in building the infrastructure that promoted the company’s growth. Bob’s career started with accounting firm Grant Thornton. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Temple University and is a Certified Pubic Account (CPA).
Andrew B. Post
Senior Vice President
Andrew serves as Senior Vice President overseeing the
Behavioral Health division, complex school district initiatives, and research
and accountability efforts of Invo Healthcare. In this capacity, Andrew is
responsible for the day-to-day operations, designing, implementing, and
evaluating programs, collaborating with school districts, monitoring outcomes
and driving success metrics, and managing resources of the behavioral health
Prior to joining Invo, Andrew served as a classroom teacher and school site administrator in Miami-Dade County Public Schools, an Assistant
Superintendent in Duval County Public Schools, and the President of Catapult
Academy. In Duval, Andrew was responsible for designing, implementing, and
monitoring the innovative programs and schools including an Overage Academy,
School and an Early College Career Academy and a contributor to the creation of
dedicated public schools for students with both Autism and Dyslexia .
Andrew was successful in leading processes that resulted in dramatically
increasing the district’s overall and African-American graduation rates, college readiness reading and math rates, and high school accelerated coursework

501(c)(3) non-profit which infuses literacy and sports to increase students’

States and Jamaica. Andrew holds a master’s degree in educational

Science and Secondary Education from the University of Miami.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy
Andrew serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy of the Invo Family of Companies. In his role, Andrew is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s aggressive acquisition growth strategy including sourcing, execution, planning, and integration.
Prior to joining the organization, Andrew was an investment professional with The Wicks Group, a private equity firm in New York, where he focused on control equity investments in companies across a number of sectors and worked closely with the executive teams of his portfolio companies on strategy and operational initiatives.
Previously, Andrew was in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and financings. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy
Lisa currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy of the Invo Family of Companies. Lisa has successfully led the company’s overall brand strategy, leveraging her marketing and communications expertise to secure the company’s place as a leading special education and EI services company. Beyond marketing, she provides leadership across the company’s national recruiting team and its early intervention business, which serves infants, toddlers and families.
Prior to the organizaton, Lisa was the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, a national non-profit organization with the mission of funding much needed research for new pediatric cancer treatments. During her time with the Foundation, Lisa led the creation of Fashion Funds the Cure, which remains one of the organization’s most successful fundraisers after more than a decade. She was also an integral member of the team that founded The Sunshine Project, one of the country’s first national research alliances dedicated to pediatric cancer. Lisa started her career in advertising and public relations with The Chisholm-Mingo Group, an urban advertising agency in New York City. Working with national brands including Royal Caribbean, Denny’s/Advantica, Texaco, as well as government accounts including Amtrak, Census 2000, US Army and others, Lisa helped companies create meaningful relationships within urban markets through effective public relations and promotional campaigns. .
Lisa is a graduate of Emerson College, where she received her BFA in Writing, Literature and Publishing. A native New Yorker, Lisa currently resides in Tampa with her son Cole.
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Matt brings more than 15 years of experience working with large urban school districts to support the development and implementation of general and special education initiatives.
As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Matt works directly with district and school leadership focusing on educationally relevant delivery design, programmatic development, system analysis and implementation efficiencies.
Through his leadership, Matt ensures each school partner receives high quality, best practice special education services to meet their needs.
Vice President, School Age Operations
Anne Kelly serves as the Vice President, School Age Operations across the Invo Family of Companies. Anne has over 16 years’ experience in sales and recruiting, leading teams to achieve annual growth and driving business development strategy across target markets nationwide.
Currently, Anne leads a team of over 20 individuals across the Pennsylvania and Florida offices who are responsible for driving growth in School-Age services in 28 states nationwide.
Prior to joining the organization in 2012, Anne led business operations across regional offices across the United States to achieve performance benchmarks and coaching recruiting teams to drive and deliver growth for several renowned industry leaders such as Robert Half International, Delta T Group and Magellan Search and Staffing to name a few.
Anne holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Marist College. Outside of the office, Anne enjoys running and hiking in beautiful Bucks County, PA.
