Our Clinical Managers are incredible because they not only provide clinical guidance and operational oversight for clinicians, but they also serve as a resource to continually develop the skills of our clinicians and build relationships with the programs we serve. Members of the Invo-Progressus Clinical Management team serve as a local and regional resource to our clinicians and educational partners across the nation.Ensuring high quality delivery of services and supporting a team of highly qualified therapists is a top priority of our Clinical Managers. Our Clinical Managers understand the strengths and challenges of our district and community partners and recognize the urgency behind developing and delivering quality programs with robust accountability for improving children’s outcomes.

Jennifer Carothers-Liske, MPT
Clinical Manager

Jennifer Carothers-Liske, MPT is a pediatric physical therapist who has worked in the schools for over 17 years. She is the Clinical Manager and lead Physical Therapist in the San Francisco Unified School District.
Her dedication to helping students with special needs is evidenced in her
commitment and devotion to the children and families she serves.

Veronica Farrior, M.S.CCC/SLP

Veronica Farrior, M.S. CCC/SLP is an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to providing technical and content expertise related to certification maintenance, credentialing, and disclosures. She is analytical and thorough in achieving superior patient outcomes while participating as a member of a tight knit case-management team.
Veronica is a hardworking and compassionate member of the Invo-Progressus team with nearly 10 years of school based, skilled rehabilitation care, and managerial experience.
She is dedicated to supporting and providing clinical guidance and operational oversight for therapists while maintaining client relationships. Additionally, Veronica is also committed to expanding a knowledge base in professional development and continuing education programs.

Larissa Ksar, MS, OTR/L
Clinical Manager

Larissa graduated from San Jose State University in 2007. She has experience working in pediatric occupational therapy across multiple settings, including private outpatient therapy and school based therapy in both charter and public school settings.
She has completed extensive training in the areas of sensory regulation, visual processing, fine and gross motor development, executive functioning and handwriting techniques. Larissa is passionate about utilizing a collaborative approach to ensure students meet and exceed educational outcomes through providing resources, support and education to school staff and student's families.

Stacey Hett, M.S. CCC/SLP
Clinical Manager

Stacey Hett is a certified Speech Language Pathologist who has been part of the Invo-
Progressus team for more than eight years. She is an integral member of the team, providing providing speech and language therapy since 2009 in both district and charter schools, working closely with a variety of elementary, middle and high school populations, including: general education, autism clusters, and special education schools.
As the Clinical and Area Director of Florida, Stacey supports and provides clinical guidance and operational oversight for service providers while maintaining client relationships. Stacey is also a Florida Early Steps provider working with the birth to three, early intervention population in the natural environment since 2006.
While earning her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Florida State University, Stacey received an endoresement in autism. Additionally, she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as well as Department of Health licenses in the states of Florida and Georgia.
Her passion is working with children on the autism spectrum and her focus in school-based services has allowed her to focus her work where she is most passionate!

Nakeia B. Ervin, OTR/L, MHA

Nakeia Ervin has more than 12 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. Throughout her career, she has worked collaboratively with SLPs, PTs and other OTs to drive positive outcomes for the children she serves.
She is an invaluable member of our Clinical Management Team and provides exceptional support to our school-based providers in the Mid-Atlantic region, while providing direct services to the students of Prince George’s County Public Schools in Maryland.

Jennifer Kiersz, MS, SLP/CCC
Area Director

Jennifer Kiersz, MS, SLP-CCC has been a practicing Speech Language Pathologist with the Invo-Progressus Team in Clark County School District, since moving to Las Vegas in 2004. As a Area Director, she provides stellar clinical support and guidance to our therapists in the area. Jennifer specializes working with preschool aged students with various communication disorders.
